What is astrology?
Astrology studies the connection we establish between the moment of our birth and the arrangement of the planets in the universe. It is important that we all know that nobody is born in a time and place by chance. We all choose the moment of our first respite so that our spirit continues to evolve. Each of our lives allows us to experience different experiences in order to progress as beings of light list of omens.
What is the relationship between astrology and the natal chart?
The natal chart is the vital tool of astrology. Analyze the relationship between our birth and the positioning of the sun, the moon, the planets and the earth. It is an energy map that allows us to know the qualities we have and the things to improve. As the planets are moving, it will also happen in our chart. Thanks to this we go through different experiences. The birth chart reflects the different energies that are within us and that are externalized throughout our lives. So the first step to understanding astrology is through the essence of each sign.
What is a natal chart like?
A natal chart is visualized as a circle divided into twelve parts which we call houses and each of them represents a different sign. Then, once we have the natal chart calculated, we will see a circumference of 360 degrees with twelve divisions of 30 degrees each. In the center of the letter we are, on earth, while in the rest of the circle the ten astrological planets (Moon, Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto) will be deployed within The 12 houses of the signs. Each planet gives us detailed information. For a deeper analysis, we can add asteroids, fortune and misfortune points, and much more.
What are the different types of natal charts?
Beyond the traditional natal chart we can perform other astrological analyzes such as:
- The Solar Revolution: Many people make this letter close to their birthday, as it allows us to know the energies and changes relevant to the next year of the person.
- Synastry: Synastry is the comparative analysis we can perform between two or more letters. For example, I could compare my letter with that of my father and that of my mother in order to know the link we have between us.
- Prognosis: It is an analysis of the mood and psychological state of the person.
What is a horoscope?
It is another of the tools of astrology that gives us information only by our date of birth. This implies that the horoscope can only perform an analysis of our sun sign. Therefore, when we are asked what sign we are, we are answering the position of the sun at the time of our birth. For example, in my case, the sun was in Gemini and that is why this is my sun sign.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, if we make a comparison between the horoscope and the natal chart we can say that it considers not only our date of birth but also our time and place at birth, the positioning of the planets, the earth, the sun and the moon.
